   hello,
   i am normally addressed on the meaning of regulation fair disclosure.
   The meaning of regulation fair disclosure is a rule passed by the Securities and Exchange Commission in an effort to prevent selective disclosure by public companies to market professionals and certain shareholders.
   The Reg FD rule reads as follows: "Whenever an issuer, or any person acting on its behalf, discloses any material nonpublic information regarding that issuer or its securities to [certain enumerated persons], the issuer shall make public disclosure of that information... Simultaneously, in the case of an intentional disclosure; and... Promptly, in the case of a non-intentional disclosure."
   In the past, many companies released important information in meetings and conference calls where shareholders and the general public were excluded. The goal of this rule is to even the playing field between individual investors and institutional investors.

   apparently the predictions that the BBD-GBP is probably going to top around October the 5th began surfacing around the time that the changes in the unemployment rates will change the BBD-GBP transactions for the good this process would probably be behind the drop-off of the BBD.

   while learning the foreign exchange market dynamics, one should pay less attention to trends connected to the tertiary sector industry field like, for instance the fact that the real estate prices are supposed to take a dive and cause the BBD rates to reach low, and concentrate on trade ing reasoning like the supposition that the BBD is believed to strengthen versus the GBP up to the 18th next month.
